2006-05-10 Calgary Svtoa Meeting
Today was our first SVTOA meeting that would be in the A&W Parking lot. Every Wednesday, classic muscle cars meet in this parking lot for a show & shine get together. This year we decided to join this group before our meetings at the usual Boston Pizza.
This day was ultra special becuase I broke an engine mount in my car. When we leave to go to our usual Boston Pizza meeting place, we leave a little aggressively. To show off some power. Well, being that my little 4 cylinder SVT Focus is making almost 300 Horsepower, it's surprising to see how fast that little light car accelerates. However, i broke an engine mount during 2nd to 3rd shift.
Dan met us with a jack from our garage. And i placed the engine back. I have a new engine mount on order.
