2006-02-18 Calgary New Studio Lcd Panels Music
I've been suffering with 2x17" CRT's for, what feels like ever! So I finally decided on treating my eyes to 2 19" Viewsonic LCD Flat Panel Displays.
I was warned of the low contrast ratio property of this model. But with a decent return policy and very reasonable price, I decided to try them out.
So far I am 100% that I won't be returning them. I'm incredibly happy with the image quality. The native resolution is 1280x1024, which is what I run for my music software. Cubase SX and Reason each occupy a monitor. The colors and sharpness is comforting my eyes, where the blurry CRT's strained them.
