2005-12-23 Calgary Carlas Christmas
I got to spend the day with one of my best friends Carla. We seldomly get to see each other, but when we do it's friggin great. Stupid me forgot my camera when we spent our day. So i have no pictures but we drove to Banff and ate lunch at Joes Cafe.
Joe's Cafe was always a good place when Sheila had taken me there before. But today it was horrible food. And Carla ordered a steak sandwich. HAHA oh my it was a fast fry steak with more fat then meat. She ended up eating chicken fingers.
the waiter told us the place is closing down. At first we were thought "that sucks"... but after eating our meal we don't care.
On the drive back to calgary I hit a frigging coyote in my focus. In Carla's words "there was nothing we could do". We smacked him on highway #1 doing about 100 km/hr. It split my front bumper down the center and broke the grill. I've had a Wings West Avenger bodykit in a box for the past 2 years.... Looks like I might as well have it painted and wear it now.
Oh and the video and pictures in this directory are also of Carla and her mom on TV. We were watching the news after the Flames game and she was on TV with her mom at the Chinook Mall.
